of meds...40 lexapro and less xanax, but i can still feel the "buzz" in my chest. I just started L-Theanine supplements, see if it helps get rid of more xanax.

Looking into L-theanine as i have read alot of good thngs about this supplement.

This has to be one of the stupidest ailments God has ever givin us. My biggest worry is the toll it has on my work , my life, and more important, the  love of my life, my angel, my wife.
