non specific st wave abnormality

any chance my hemochromatosis could be the reason I have had a non specific st wave come up on treadmill stress test? the Dr always clears me and said no problems.....my F.is 39 at this time.
total iron 217 F is 17 ???

total iron is way above normal 217 and Ferritin is 17 this has never happened in my five years diagnosis with Hemochromatosis
