I am a mostly positive person who struggles with depression, anxiety, and alcohol use. I have been using alcohol to help with my depression and anxiety to the point where it has become a negative in my life. I want to change that now. I look forward to the support I will find from other people on this site, and the support I can offer to others going through something similar.
