Status: feeling really bad about losing a therapist I had for 6 years and really trusted. There is turmoil in my life now.
About Me
I am a middle-aged. I have bipolar disorder and SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder). I use a sunlamp everyday for SAD. SAD is a real challenge for me. It wreaks havoc with my bipolar disorder. SAD has caused real problems in my life-my apartment gets so disorganized and messy over the years due to SAD memory loss! In the Fall and Winter, I always lose things often. I just want to \"hibernate\" until Fall and Winter pass. I live for the summer! I am happy, creative and productive then. I live up North.
