So, I have been super anxious lately, ever since the last few months of school. My anxiety can be panic or it can be just being out of it... in a blurr...and I have a theory since my blurr is cleared with caffeine that I might have ADD or something...

I have recently started cutting again. I don't hardly use a razor, just scratch myself with a shard pair of tweezers. I also only do it on my thighs and have managed to resist the urge to do it on my arm/wrist. It just doesn't feel good enough...
