My back is hurting so much!....chiropractor says I overdid at the gym, no more treadmill only elliptical, biking, & swimming from now on. Currently between 153 & 156, would like to get down to 145....

12 LBS down 8 LBS to go, I'm concerned I may be hitting a plateau...but, gotta keep working.
