  Had a the major slip yesterday. Still new at this telling the truth thing. Afraid to do so still because I feel constantly judged. And I was again when I came clean to someone earlier this morning. I have a new psychologist, have started to go to Emotions Anonymous meetings, though probably often enough yet.

  For years I have suffered from depression and low self-esteem. I feel like I need to lie to people, especially when I am pressured, to get them to accept me. Of course, it always blows up in my face in the end. I freally need to stop. Have been in and out of therapy and on and off meds for awhile.

  I can't stop my compiulsive lying and I badly want to! Because of it I've lost 2 relationships, most of my business and just about all of my money.
