About Me
Hello, My name is Kelly and it been a long time since I've been on DS "ForMomsOnly". This Group of moms saved my life almost 13 years ago. It was when I learned computers, and I was desperate to speak to other moms who had lost a child from an accidental drug overdose, my son Ryan was 18, my oldest and only son. Ryan would be 31 yrs old today if he were alive. I have my daughter Erica, 27 years old, and I was so afraid of losing her too, She is now my only child, she is married to a beautiful guy Chris he is a pilot. Every girl's dream... Ryan died on Easter Weekend April 15, 2006. Life stayed still for the 1st 3 to 5 years, and the pain was like a cannonball went through my heart and soul — that deep dark hole. I hoped to be here for any of you moms as the moms as were here for me. Writing a journal was the best way to get any feedback from other moms, like me. Sooooo happy I went to Nashville this year, I had a fantastic time..Thank You for all you do, and Joanie too! The hotel was beautiful, got a lot of walking in which was much needed for me, lol...Can’t wait for Texas next year! Wooohoooo! Love you!❤ -
