I'm so tired... All I can do is cry

I'm sleeping 10-12 hrs a day. And still just taking a shower requires resting afterwards. my doctor & hubby say I need to exercise more. But just thinking about it makes me want to take a nap. I can barely get dressed and make dinner everyday......
