Hi everyone i am doing okay  Still keep clean. I also surprised after I quit smoke then other friends quit too i didn't tell them

I know I did not add this before. I learn other member cool so and I think about tomorrow my anniversary one year.

I am not surprised but i have other anniversary that i am no longer on painkiller  for one year tomorrow. However my back has serve pain i don't want to use that sorry it is not related smoke...
