hi i had a lousy day yesterday was feelin really down.  Felin better today but still not in the best head space .  hopefully if i chat with someone i will feel better.

im havin a wonderful day .lois is off today and were spending the day together.hope to meet some good freinds here!

last nite i had a rough nite with my recovery and wasnt feeling well also. today is a new day and im goona see the dr about filling out a medical form for my work.  it has been very frustrating...

i couldnt sleep i got alot on my mind but am in good moods,goona try to focus more on relaxing and meditating

im doin good today went to see a new counsellor ,am goona try to write a bit each day,,tim
