ive been having a few pity parties lately , its been 4 years on valentines day since my husband died ,so i might have a duvet day on sunday and eat nothing but junk food

not give up totally on inhalers ,but cut back loads ,not noticed no differencethink i was using as a security blanket

maybe im mad but going to put my ventalin away and see how i go
