  I feel a huge relief since I told the truth.however,  I'm still very didsapointd in myself. My parents are honest people and they were never ashamed of who they are.  I made up an entire lie about to impress people.   I'm the most honest when I'm the happiest with myself and my surroundings.  I will need to  Meditate daily, read more,  serve others, work on my career,  and most importantly, tell the TRUTH No matter what and to own up to the lies.

  I don't know why the Universe keeps giving me second chances even though I don't deserve them.  I feel so stupid lying about the smallest things.  Like lying about cheering and making myself look cool. I even told a fake story just to stand out. Desperately trying to impress someone. I'm not a hidious looking person but lying makes me feel like I'm the ugliest person. Inside and out.  I feel so horrible for the lies I've told and the loved ones that I hurt.   P.S don't give up on yourself

  There is so much magic in honesty.  I've lied to my boyfriend and his family for months because I was afraid that I wouldn't get accepted. I didn't feel good enough for him or his family as we had different backgrounds.  I'm an immigrant and I come from a modest family that's just getting by.  But when I first met my boyfriend, I was ashamed to tell him the real me.   don't let pride get in the way.  If you don't understand something, ask.  and don't over promise.   Not doing something or forgetting to get something done is okay.  Just don't come up with excuses and don't lie about doing something you needed to do.  You're not a disappointment.   Do what you promise.  And if you can't or you forget, your loved ones will help you.   That's my advice. I've learned the hard way. The truth is less stressful. It takes practice " Just DO"

  I lied, so much. About school and work. I wanted to impress everyone.  I was so embarrassed that my peers had a better job, a college degree and here I am with nothing.   I lied to impress the love of my life. I told him I had a masters degree and I come from a wealthy family. in reality I was ashamed of not having my life together. I'm now paying for all of the lies I've told.
