  I have been looking back on my interactions with people today, and trying to remember if I've lied to anyone. That's how engrained this is for me- I can lie without it even registering. As far as I can tell, I haven't told a lie today. I was going to, a moment of self-aggrandisment, but I caught myself and didn't, instead electing to say nothing.
