tinnitus and hyperacusis

I was 21 when my hyperacusis and tinnitus started,, now I am 25 but there is no improvement
headphones

I was a frequent user of headphones,, slowly I developed sound sensitivity,,,now my ears can't stand even low frequencie of sounds.....in Pakistan doctors can't understand hyperacusis,,, I was a student now I left my college beacuse of hyperacusis
