Not sure what to do?

I have pretty bad anxiety and I constantly bite the inside of my lip to the point of it bleeding. Sometimes I don't even notice that I am doing it. Does anyone else have this problem? If so, how do I go about stopping it?

I'm relitively new and this is probably a dumb question but whenever I try to upload a photo it gives me the option to size and crop but not the option to click done or whatever it is I need to do to save it. Any suggestions?
