you will still be you

I think when I have set goals for myself in the past, I have thought of an ideal,

like I should live up to an ideal and once I got there it would be perfect.

I have a mental illness, and even though I am managing and learning to manage

with insights etc... I can make those goals for myself but I will still have these issues

and will just have to adjust and make allowances for them in my life. It kind of brings

me to a more productive pragmatic place thinking of things like that.

So you may go for a goal, and once having a achieved it, you will still be you.

I will still be me - but I will have achieved my goal.

And with every goal achieved, you will be a stronger, more fulfilled you, mental illness and all.

Keep on keeping on.
