You are in My Head

They are in my head everyday, They are like un welcome guests that wont leave. They insist on being a part of me .Am I scared to let go?They are apart of who i am, apart of everything I do, apart of my fears, they take part of how I view myself, and apart of how i react to things . They are apart of how i treat others, and apart of how i trust others. They ae my anger, my depression,my sadness, but never my happiness. They are the tears i cry ,the blade i would cut myself with, the hot metal I burned myself with, they are my bruises on my hand i let anger out with. They are my exhaustion, They are my PAIN.

write it out, let it all out.
the thoughts are trying to protect you, but they are trying so hard they are hurting you.
Keep doing the writing until you exhaust youself of all the horrible stuff.
You don\'t have to do it all at once, take breaks, exercise the anger out of your body.

Girl! You are so wonderful with your words! WOW! I am in total agreement with Moltengold...let it out...keep writting! Get all that out of you...out of your head...out of your heart! Get it out with words...written or spoken, sung or yelled...heck, even if you have to just whisper through your tears...GET IT OUT!
and I know about cutting and about hurting myself because I am angry...I am sorry that you struggle with it too...that is NO fun! You are treasured! You are so honest and genuine...so sincere and being so vulnerable...know that I hold those characteristics in HIGH honor! Take care of yourself...you deserve it...you deserve good things! Wonderful things...keep up the good work!
Blessings!

yes, I agree, very well put, as always, hon. and yes pain is part of life and will go away as soon as you have faced those things that bring you pain. You are doing your level best now. I know this. Just remember life is alearninging experience and our path leads us this way and that. But you approach your issues with such energy and are able to keep a sense of humor about it. I am so very pleased to know you and be your friend. Merry Christmas darling. I am proud of you

thank you for the invite to read your journal. You do such a wonderful job. Keep writing and writing and get all those feelings out. thats what I used to do. some of my best writing was during my most painful times. I realise your angry but try not to cut ( easier ssaid than done I know ) try to figure out another way to get rid of the pain. Keep some silly putty in your hands thats what I tell the kids I work with. Hang in there. butterflybaby15
