Yet Another " Explosion " of Rage / Anger

Even though it was " my issue " to deal with, still he exploded in a fit of rage over the mix up with a package I was waiting on from fed ex. He said later that he was only that " upset " because he cares. But I feel that's a very weak excuse to allow himself to boil over in rage, yet again. Lately he seems to look for any possible excuse to be angry. 

Besides today... before this very frustrating mix up with my package.... every time I turn around it feels like he's looking for something to argue about. Even when there's truly NOTHING to argue about, that's when he'll " MAKE UP " a reason ! YES... MAKE UP ! I've recognized this because it always occurs when he blames me for something that's clearly his fault. Blaming me for EVERYTHING seems to be one of his favorite all-time past times !
