Yesterday was a great day... Until... around 2 am this morning - Sunday April 1st

Yesterday ... all day long... was a pretty good day, especially compared to a lot of days him and I have had since he got back December 5 th, 2017. I was hopeful... and praying... that the good day would continue on into the night - and early / predawn hours - Sunday April 1st.... and it was... UNTIL....

We had sat down around 2 am to watch one of the library dvds that he had checked out for us. It started off okay, but then about 25 percent of the way through it started to freeze up, and it refused to play through the rest of the movie, even when he had tried to fwd through a few of the upcoming scenes. 

Now... granted, I do understand that a situation like that is extremely frustrating but when there's nothing you can do to change it what good does it do to get angry ? This is a basic life lesson that he's never completely learned. Thankfully a few rare times he somehow manages to rein in this rage, and not explode the way he would typically during a frustrating situation. Still this doesn't happen as often as it should. 

So this morning at around 2:30 am Sunday April 1 st, he ended up yelling, and throwing the dvd remote against a wall.... turning a few lights off in the living room, and then slamming the bedroom door behind him as he went in there to go to bed ! 

For a few moments, or so, I wondered if he was going to go for a walk. But I'm very very thankful he didn't do that; for 2 reasons, one reason - because it was so late, and the other reason being because of the extreme rage he was in, I would have been very afraid what might have happened to him while he was out on his walk. 

Right now it's Sunday April 1 st, 2018 - 10:06 AM.... and he's still in the bedroom. If he's actually awake yet, or not, I have no idea. After the way he was last night, I'm in no hurry to rush him out here. The was I see it, the longer he stays in there.... the more " peace " I have out here.... 

Oh well.... it's 10:09 AM... he just came wondering out from the bedroom, and has already started growling at me.
