Yawning
I don't know why I keep yawning. I got a ton of sleep today, but every other breath is a yawn. I just took my inhaler and I hope it helps. I don't know why I'm so drained lately. It could be the anemia. I've been eating leafy greens and I just started iron pills, so hopefully that will help. I forgot to take my nausea pill and threw up part of dinner. When will I learn? it's like my body wants me to go back and be bulimic. And of course the chocolate covered pretzels stay down, and rice comes back up. I don't know what my body is thinking. And the inhaler did help for a bit with the yawning. I'm still going to try and go to sleep early tonight. I've been trying to wake up at 11:30 am every day. I have my FitBit alarm go off then. I just have to not go back to sleep. I might volunteer tomorrow if I'm not sick of being in the clinic. I'm a frequent flier there lately with all my health problems. One of the nurses there on Sunday told me to eat a bland diet, while the doctors (both ER and clinic) told me to eat a lot of leafy greens and veggies. The ER doctor said oatmeal with trail mix for breakfast, a salad for lunch, and a lean protein dinner. I'm also drinking Ensure after I throw up to replace nutrients.
Geo and I got into a disagreement today. We have $30 in food stamps left and he wants his $20 cake. We don't have a lot of food in the fridge and need to go to the store. But Geo will not give up his cake. I guess he would rather starve and get it then not have it. I don't know. He has this plan in his head of how it's going to work. I just hope the meat market still has the deal of 5 pounds of ground beef for $10. that's what we are depending on. Oh well. There's nothing I can do.

do you have asthma? I think the er doctor has the best sounding meal plan. I don\'t understand geo, yes I get that he wants the cake badly, what type of cake is it that costs 20 dollars, but he also needs to learn to compromise and learn about the situation and be rational. who\'s food stamps are they, yours or his? if they are yours you have the control of how they get spent, you need to eat also and you need special food right now. hugss
We are going to the store today and I\'m going to pick up some more lettuce for salads. They are \"my\" food stamps- we both get them and use them as one. He gets more than I do, and he likes to spend his on junk- soda and candy. So then I\'m the one that\'s responsible for picking up the slack at the end of the month with my food stamps.
Can Geo bake a cake? ;)

Geo can bake a cake, but he wants a Carvel ice cream cake. That\'s why it\'s so expensive.
you can get an icecream cake at publix for $8, its just smaller, they have carvel for that price as well. hope i wrote this in time.
if there is a food co-op, they are generally done through a church, but anyone can open one. its bump and dent, other than that it is the same as any grocery store, but all of the food is around half off. that would help you a lot with the food stamp thing. xxoo
