wrote this last night

Had a very moody afternoon i suppose in the approach of my trip. I grew intense and yet then I thought about reaching out and just by knowing I could, i was calmed and it was like a lightbulb went on today because I thought 'it’s just reaching out' and does need to make me feel alien or different. It’s hard to describe other than the mood suddenly was in the context of other people.

Anyway later on I was helping Mr. Giorgio with his mood and then I thought of Andre too (a parishioner) and helping him. And then a lady parishioner too. It’s all perfectly human!

It's the next day now, I'm at the airport waiting for my flight!
