I felt pretty embarassed this morning from posting the last post. I felt it

just was pretty crazy. I have to say though in the process of dealing with that

and beautiful support from friends, I have realized that my aim may be to improve

all the time but there will be 'no perfect' - I need to be responsible and tow the line -

but though I will reach for better and better there is no perfect. So...here I am.

Voila! :)hehe

Just came in from drinking a coffee at the horse park - and a little Christmas shopping too.

I hope you guys are having a good day! Sending virtual Christmas cookies your way.

peace,

Mark

Hi Mark....embarrassed nope no need. Sounds wonderful drinking coffee and watching horses. I love doing the same actually that is part of my morning routine. The shopping part that is all yours ...I hate shopping yep a woman who hates to shop I rather play n the mud. Tomboy at heart it is a good thing I live on a ranch and not a city.

I made some macadamia chocolate fudge it looks so good. I have about two hours where I can eat whit getting sick and missed that today but always tomorrow. Rough pregnancy. I need to make my favorite cooking peanut butter with chocolate kisses on top, I can eat the whole batch maybe not a good idea. Well it sounds like you had a good day...sending cookies right back at you. Namaste Pema

Winks, Twinkles, and making time to have those moments where it's just 'be'.

You write it out, it's healing and helping and is good for you.

Hurrah for a good morning!

My rational spots don't need much sorting nor remediation. I am here to deal with my psycho spots. I can't do that if all my journal and forum posts are focused the spots which are already functioning well. No sense to trying to fix what ain't broke.

Let your freak flag fly, Markus Questionarius. Bee yourself, weird spots and all. Everybody else is taken.

Speaking of which, I hope it's okay to fly my trivia freak flag. The expression, "Toe the line" comes from the old world barroom fisticuffs. Somebody would draw a line in the dirt and the contest began when both contestants put their toes on that line.

Maybe in ocean front fisticuffs they hooked tow barges to the line and had a race?

En garde. . .
