Working Through It
I'm a 62 years old female. I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes about 6 years ago, moderate emphysema about 3 years ago, and mild sleep apnea about 2 years ago. Mixed inbetween these conditions are also high blood pressure, high cholesterol, Hashimoto's Thyroid Disease, Restless Leg Syndrome, and panic attacks that make me feel like I'm dying. Emotionally, and psychologically, I'm a mess, trying to deal with the various illnesses and diseases that I have.
I'm trying to remain positive and upbeat, but sometimes the fear of these illnesses/diseases and how I will die from them overwhelms me. The main rerason I joined this website is so that I won't feel so alone.

deegran....thank you for your kindness! Jericho was put to sleep this past Saturday morning. I feel like I have a huge hole in my heart. I will miss him. He\'ll be forever in my heart.
Psalm 91
1 Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High
will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress,

I will deliver him and honor him.

and show him my salvation.
