Working out and moving on

I'm slowly starting to work out.  Basically want to look better and feel better.  I have been losing weight for the past 6 months, intentionally.  But not strength or muscles.  Just diet.
Diet is mainly less calories.  Not necessarily healthy.
I want to be in shape for that special person that comes along to take away all the bad memories of the one that just left.
Special?  What do I mean?
Someone that is loyal.  A person that enjoys being with me.  That has a sense of humor.
A person that does not take work too seriously and would rather live.
A good sex life would be nice too.
Anyway out with the old and in with the new.  She aint coming back and I don't want her if she did.

Good attitude. I channeled a lot of anger and shock into working out and it helps. It helps relieve things, it gives you endorphins to make you feel better, and looking better ALSO makes you feel better.

Not sure if you\'re at a gym, working out at home, have equipment, or just running or something. But I would recommend weights - even if your primary goal is weight loss (really fat loss). Adding muscle is great for burning calories and helps with fat loss.

You\'ll find that new person. Don\'t jump in too soon. Heal yourself. it will happen in time.

I want to start on weights. Never have before. Gonna take it slow. I tried to run again last night and I keep getting interrupted. I worked up a sweat and had to stop cause of other things. That\'s ok. Just building the habit again.
