words I needed a teacher to tell me but now I will tell myself

don't be afraid you've done all your school work, and all the work around the house,

you've done the work that was expected of you, god help, it's your turn now.

let it all get subjective it’s just you now. be strong in yourself and know you

are not going to know everything but you have a passion and a goal that you

like to and hope to create (which is another thought I'd like to pass on.)

No need to judge yourself before action or get stuck in the self definition loop

that would support you to the point of stifling you before you ever begin.

and you don't have to be living all the time in what people or society expect you to do,

Don’t get frozen in that in that kind of perfection - of

The perfect keeping of house and every life standard in terms of society.

move forward. and be mindful

doing well now - I had some thoughts about art last night.
i thought about how a good composition or even production values
of a show or a fine design or any kind of art can be kind of striking and nearly
weaponized as something to have 'affect' on the viewer.
I am remembering my times on the set of productions and also during
dailies (the view of the day's filmings) and I would never be able to tell if
they were good or not. It seemed like two different worlds - being there
when the action is taking place - but once it hit the screen it was like
a striking icon. does that make sense? it's helping me step back from
that and see it for what it is.

sorry I have thoughts like this that come to mind.
I know it's not mental health related - but it does stop me
and have me have more mindfulness, compassion.
