woke up frm nap in pain wed 10.27.2011 evening

 ok, the sad face is for the cardinals. i hope they win, but they dont look good tonight. they cant catch a ball for nothing. did too much w/ the exwesises today i guess. cause wene i got up from nap  OHHH THE PAIN. my leg goes stiff at the drop of a hat. hope its not permanent. still kinda nausious. took 2 moore pain pills. that makes 4 today. not good but  i am in pain. heard from son. of course he is broke and out of cigs. so as ussuall i willl get him some. he sstill hasnbt found a job, but at leaste i think he is realy trying. thinbk he mi8ght be trying to grow up, that would be so awsome. ok, lleg hurting have to move a litttle. it hurts. it hurst. ok, moore later tommorow......... GO CARDS  its not over YET...........
