amen, arnie. the more that muscle head matures, the more i like him. he's more than a set of pretty abs. i never have thought his face was much to look at, though he's one of those folks who has gotten prettier with age.
an astounding number of celebrities have said, in one set of words or another, "getting knocked down doesn't count. it the getting up which counts." however, the self-care part is taking time to heal any injuries obtained while getting knocked down before attempting to get back up. be gentle with yourself and patient with the process.
