okay, today I am going to have the conversation with my boss about the miscarriages because with her being pregnant I know I am going to have days where I am just going to have to work from home ro where I won't be able to be around the "baby" talk. I am nervous about having this conversation because I have never had it before with someone outside of my circle of friends or family. Wish me luck cause I am probably going to need it.
