Wish I had a blue print sometimes
I know it's the weekend and the unstructured'alone time' has me unwinding and changing and spinning... this time about my future. Something is telling me to listen to life, as nebulous as that sounds, but maybe I should remember to take it one step at a time and that it indeed it is the unwinding time of the weekend and I should just keep a sense of covering all the bases. I'd like to have another adventure left in my life and perhaps to do that I have to romance the idea a little bit but then I'll feel attacked for being too fantastical. Maybe it's all part of the process. Sometimes I guess I'd like some reassurance but I'm pretty glad I have the freedom of choice albeit limited by my means.

As for fantastical adventures, I think taking life as it comes is good and a healthy approach, following guiding lights when they appear but remembering you are the pilot of your own life…. discovering your own truths in the navigation,
I just got back from a long dinner with my big goofy brother. It’s so good to find those who help you stay in the moment and can laugh alongside with. Though life is full of stress and upset, everyone has to maneuver difficult things. Getting wrapped up too much sometimes with “mental health challenges” can defeat simple joys of life. I know - I do it too. It’s good to take the mental health stuff seriously, but allow yourself to laugh, too. Know what I mean?
