Will these pills ever work!

I paid $60 and waited a month for the medicine Domperidone to arrive from Canada for my Gastroparesis. Yet i'm still miserable. My doctor said to give it a few months and then we'll see, but I think he's dragging his feet. Everytime I call his office to tell him nothing is working he just tells me there's nothing he can do. He's a specialist, he's supposed to know what to do. I need to get more hours at work and if i'm sick there's no way I can. I'm downing water as much as I can because I don't want to go back to the hospital for dehydration. And the more water I drink the healthier I look, so nobody at work can tell I feel horrible which is good. I just want answers.
