why so nervoius?

well, here i am again. so nervoius i cant realy type very good have to take my xanex. its allready 9.30 pm and i havnt ate or takin my pills yet. just so tired and nervoius. oh if i could live without all this medicine. im in such a haze all the time and still so very bad. dont know what im going to do. so depressed and tired. feeling hopeless and so frustraited. feel so old. dont even care what i look like anymoore at all. am so fat. havnt been out in days. hot flashes realy bad today. ok cant type anymnoore. moore later after i take meds maybe i will be able to type then.....
