Why i ruminate
I think the reason i ruminate has to do with not knowing what to do with my time and then I start to ruminating as like a creative activity. Safe as all get out. No need to be brave enough or all knowing enough.. just go inward and spin those wheels.
in learning and seeing this I am able to look outward more and feel better and more comfortable in my skin. I'll go ahead and figure out something to do. :-)

great epitome, grasshopper. may you find more constructive creative channels than comparing yourself to other people.
am i remembering talk of an art studio there in the monastery? that notion gets my vote as the ultimate in creative channels. world league spiritual retreat centers have been built on less.
