Sometimes, things that were part of our life in happier times only serve to make us feel all the more keenly that those times are gone forever.
Or, who knows!?!! Maybe the stress of the holiday with its loud noises are just too much for your central nervous system now, and it triggers crying in you.
Whatever the reason, I\'m very sorry that you are feeling this way. I hope the day comes when you will once again find pleasure in the Fourth of July. (((((Hugs)))))
I don\'t think it\'s stress but I am rather jumpy at noise these days. I used to love thunderstorms and these days I want to hide. I guess looking down the barrel of a shotgun makes me jump when I hear any loud noise. I do know noise is a trigger for a panic attack.
