Why does everything happen at once ?

As if it hasn't been enough dealing with his extremely eradic moods, but now on top of that I've got to negotiate the new rent amount for the next lease term. I already talked to one person about it, and got promises from him that he'd do what he could to help. I just hope and pray that he keeps his word to me. I stressed to him exactly how important this is to me. I even came out bluntly, and told him how much I make monthly from ssd. I'm hoping that he let that sink in, so he realized just how much I need a break in the increase in rent. 

I'll call tomorrow - March 5th, and ask for him. Even if he's not there, I'll find out when he's working. In the meantime I'll still tell whoever I get on the phone just what I need. They've got to understand that I simply can not afford a large increase - period. If I don't get the answer I want from who I reach right away on the phone, I will keep trying... and I'll go over all of their heads - straight to the top - if I have to.
