Usually it's something that is haunting you from your past. Disabled men are a theme of my life
It's good that you are able to recognize it. Maybe next time, try to stop yourself and repeat some affirmations.. "I am enough"... "I am capable"... "I am empowered to make my own decisions."

There's something you're wanting from what you already have.
When you spend so much time searching, often you forget what started that path.
Take a moment and really let go of everything and just be in the moment to give your brain grace to relax, refresh, and renew.
You've accomplished so much in so little time, moved through challenges like they were pebbles, rather than mountains, and you're at the point where you can freely consider what works best for you.
As I was told by an attorney recently as a significant reminder=sometimes, silence speaks far louder than words and actions do.
You are you.. You make the decision of what you're considering as "you" description. Don't need one here, you're valued just as you are!
