whoopsie daisy...........
I was doing some mental calisthenics. Thinking get up, shower, do laundry.
Pushed it back and laid there w/my eyes SHUT. Ahhhhhhhhh. Snuggled down in the warmth of the blankets. Listened to the kitties give chase.............wahoo.
Then I started to debate, shower first or wash shower curtains and such.........take a shower after the chores. Huh, now I'm thinking......yeah, do my chores First then get clean and shiny.
So up I get and take the curtain liner off the hooks.........put it in the washing machine, the phone rings......blah, blah, blah.........back to the machine, add bleach and detergent and there is NO WATER.
This is a STAND UP COMEDY Special to my way of thinking............we make plans and voila fuggeddaboudit.
The water company says that a water main broke.........it'll take a few hours.
Guess the bed wins this round and I shall return to nestle mode. That's right we gotta be willing to bend at the knees.........flexibility is key in life. Dirt will just have to wait.
I mean look I tried to go for tidy-up time, but when it's time to watch old sitcoms and chillaxe........then ya gotta. Ya just gooooooootta!
Gonna feed the cat kids and grab a glass of chocolate milk. Everybody wins.

That almost exact same thing happened to me 2 days ago, minus the curtain washing and minus NO water. I had the same debate in bed...get up and clean or get up and shower and then clean.. decided to shower first.. no HOT water at all! Very LOW water pressure. I didn\'t have the energy to find out why. I waited..I just wanted to wait and see if the hot water worked later on. I had noticed the maintenace peple at apartments had sprinklers going in the afternoon and hoped that was the problem. it was..
OMG, we had that problem once.... I decided God wanted me to go lie in the sun and read a book, so that was what I did! Till the nice water main people showed and ruined it, alas...;-p
