Whoa...it can happen anytime!
It's Good Friday. I don't know if I can refer to it as a good Friday, though. I've been taking my meds, and watching my health in general like I'm supposed to. But today wasn't exactly sweetness and light, lest I be accused of being too sunny a lot of the time.
Maybe it's the ten hour shifts I've been working, or he fact that sleep hasn't come easy, or maybe it's a relapse. Whatever the case, I was way off kilter today. I hadn't had very many symptoms to speak of in the year 2014, but today I was plagued with them. It was plenty weird, and only the knowledge of what I have and what it entails kept me from going off the deep end. I had something of a delusion today, like I was living thirty years in the past, but as an adult. Of course, logic told me that the notion was pure nonsense, but logic and rationale won't get rid of hallucinations...and delusions can manifest themselves as a form of hallucinating. I also experienced musical and visual hallucinations while at work, mostly of a nonsensical nature. Usually, any 'lucies I've had were a hybrid strain of surreal abnormality and childish whimsy, and today's were no different. Perhaps, then, it's no coincidence that I've written a lot of music that borders on (or crosses over into) the absurd!
Mercifully, the 'lucies weren't such a distraction as to keep me from being productive, but I was prone to laughing at inopportune times. Maybe my digestive trouble was makin' me loopy and dehydrated as well. Or maybe I should just quit drinking the 10-W-30 coffee they put up for us at work!
So now, I'm rested, relaxing (with coffee...hah hah hah!), and my 'lucies have left me. It should be noted, though, that I had some really strange dreams when I was catching up on my sleep this afternoon. Maybe it's just sleep deprivation after all.
If I don't post before Sunday, Happy Easter to you all. Peace.

Happy Easter jay! Today, Saturday, has been my weird day. Things speed up and I loose track of myself and all self confidence at work! I came home and had to dismiss some \'hearing things\' too. I think it IS a saving grace that we know what we have and we can take care of ourselves because of that! :) Why do we have these episodes... maybe it is stress. It\'s my last day of the week at work - and things went cokamamy! (I have no idea how to spell that word lol) I am glad you are rested up and feeling comfortable. I plan on resting up now as well and recharging my health. Again, Happy Easter!
