I prayed that you would have a better day today. When I have bad days I get great strength from reading parts of my Bible. It doesn\'t take away symptoms, but it does give me a more positive mind, encouragement, and I lose the feeling of being alone. God go with you.

I read your last journal and even replied to it. Strange. My own journal entry is gone now too. DS must be having technical issues again. Hang in there. Get outside for some fresh air and sunshine and choose to find the good in things today. Hugs!!

DS had to do a maintenance without letting us know and much of what was written by others at that time on Thursday was lost. They did send a message saying that they apologized for having to do it in that way. :(
I hope that by writing it that perhaps it helped a bit and I understand how frustrating that can feel to pour your heart out and then \"poof\" it\'s gone.
