where is the light?

I want to be able to come on here and sound like a positive woman who has finally found her light. but unfortunately with what I married 29 yrs ago I continue to be in the dark. I so want this all over. I am tired of hearing that  "it's over and I just want it done' from him but then continues to fight what is right. I never know what he is sending money wise. nothing last week but got a reduced amount just today. I don't see how he can defy the whole court order and get no reprimands or knuckle slaps or NOTHING from doing so. I would love to believe in the legal system but come on! do something! I follow it all and he doesn't but I am the one who isn't getting the benefits of the order that a judge instituted. He can have his ho's. He can have his house. He can move on. I am fine with that. but dammit give me something! You made these bills so why am I the one paying them? Why am I the one stuck here cause you won't agree to anything unless the poor me man can benefit from it. get a grip asshole and make concessions. it isnt your way all the time. much as you would like it to be.

You did not get in this overnight, you are not going to get divorced overnight. Do not start giving things away out of frustration and anger. If your temporary support comes through the state or even from his employer, there is often a delay, especially when you start. My alimony I have got for last 5 years, is a based on a monthly amount.. sometimes it there are more than 3 pay periods in a month on a bi-weekly schedule as he is paid, So infrequently I a get reduced amount, because it has to total the monthly amount. There are 26 pay periods in a year bi-weekly, and it is based on 24 monthly payments. I also and many people getting temp or marital support, is a lag time.. The money is paid by the employer on Friday, but you may not get it until the following Thurs or Friday.. IF he is under court order, it will come out. IS he paying you, or does it come as a garnishment of his pay? OK to be angry.. but channel it into something productive. Many of us have been there. IF you have a lawyer, call the lawyer and tell that the payments are not on time.. HANG IN THERE ( HUGS)
