when will it stop

I'm just so frustrated.  I fall in a snow storm eight weeks ago and crack my shoulder.  Didn't think anything of it and it wasn't found until two weeks ago.  It's my right shoulder and of course I'm right handed.  I have a three month old baby to take care of and a six year old autistic child.  I have a husband who is a long haul truck driver so I am basically doing this on my own.  I have a younger sister that decided she was pissed at me because I turned her into DCFS for hitting her foster daughter with a belt after I had repeatedly told her she couldn't do that and she better stop.  So she in turns tells DCFS that I abuse, starve, neglect, and let my kids live in filth. She also calls the local police and states the same thing and then adds on that I sell prescription narcotics to people.  She had given me a car a month before and I hadn't changed the title at that point and she tried telling the officer that I stole the car from her.  Needless to say the police officer was the first one to pay me a visit.  I showed him the title to the car and that was solved, I showed him my home which passed inspection and showed him the kids which were happy healthy and far from neglected.   When I was asked about the prescriptions I got on the internet and showed him my Walmart pharmacy account that showed the last time I got any kind of narcotic prescription was after my surgery in October of last year.  A month later my mother gets sick and is put in the hospital.  My dad calls my house and tells me that he is taking her to the ER.  I asked him to let me know what happens as I was home alone with the two kids.  He calls me 20 minutes later and asks me why I am not at the ER.  I inform in that I can't take two small children to the ER on a normal day and on that day both boys were sick with a horrible cold thing that was going around.  He told me that I could and when I still refused told me that I didn't care for my mother very much.  Mind you this was just last week that mom went in and I have a cracked shoulder to boot.  But somehow I am supposed to take care of two sick boys with an immobilized shoulder and make my way to the hospital to sit with my dad and figure out my mom's situation.  I haven't been taking good care of myself and on Monday I fainted from not eating enough and landed flat on my back in the bathroom.  I hit hard and hit my head.  I was scared to death that I hurt my shoulder even more and thankfully that didn't happen.  I ended up with a concussion and aggravated the arthritis in my lower back and left hip.  So needless to say I am barely moving and it is spring break week for the oldest child and of course his autism is kicking into gear.  I just want to scream, yell, cry anything.  Some days I just want to run away and never return.  I love my boys and my husband and I have just finally cut the rest of my family off because my health, safety and sanity just can't take caring for me, my kids, my husband and them.  While my husband is a big boy and  primarily takes care of himself we are owner operators of our own semi truck now and that takes business management which my husband has no skills at and that falls to me to make sure that the income is where we need it.

Im sorry things are so hard right now, i know first hand how hard it is taking care of a autist child can be. With ur shoulder and everything else its got to be a tremendous challenge. I would say you need to ask for alittle help but it sounds like u dont have much of a support. Good for the kids it gives them outlets to play and get there energy out. system. I dont know where u are from but here in california there are a lot of programs for autist children some offer respite care to help give u a little mommy alone time. Others offer a daycare after school, most are free. U should contact child protective services and ask them for info about programs in ur area. Its a great outlet for the kids lets them get some of that pint up energy out. Good luck with everything. I hope ur shoulder feels better. Its
