when things get turned around
when things get turned around within me (and by that I mean confusing)
I'm starting to learn to remember my personal philosophy of keeping self
responsible...of doing my chores...and also of remembering that again
the calvary isn't coming. I mean I know my family and friends support me
but ultimately it's us running our lives isn't it?
Just trying to keep on keeping on, after a conversation on the phone - again
I can't fixate I must stay the course, I must keep on keeping on.

Missy! I’m thinking about my friend Rich and his last journal. I am feeling overwhelmed, specifically by the way I’m reacting uncontrollably from a phone call earlier. I’m thinking about Rich and what we share here and about what I said to him. I will keep making plans, I will keep on project and make good use of my time. It may not be my best performance it may feel like out of sorts but keep on keeping on:)

Be gentle with you as much as you can, & try to be as kind to yourself as you are to your friends here (lol sorry I hope I don’t sounds like I’m telling you what to do) you’re just a really kind friend so I hope you can remember to have that same compassion with yourself, I feel like sometimes we are so hard on ourselves

in my own healing journey, i accepted that those confusing turn-arounds and pointless obsessions are just part of who and what i am. with that radical acceptance, it is far easier for me to remain independent and self-responsible, despite the corresponding mix ups of my damaged brain. another day, another mix up. . . so where was i before i got lost in me --AGAIN! ! !
you really are doing better than if feels, markus questionarius. believe in yourself. trust yourself.
you really don't need rescue from that proverbial calvary which ain't ever gonna show. you are a dynamo, just the way you are.
