when alone
when I am alone and don't have work or the people around me at work, my boundary tends
to be all that go go drive pounding down on me. I like to keep busy to keep it in check.
I am really starting to see how all that personal boundary and identifying comes from not
having another person or another activity to keep me in check. Wow!
Blue helps a great deal - and he has saved my life in so many ways!
So have you all for sure!! As do my family and friends!

I think it’s important to “reach out” too. Not just for your own needs but for the needs of others who may have been thrilled to hear from you.
What I’m saying is though there is this aloneness, other people feel that way too and just don’t articulate it like we mental health warriors do here!
I reached out to an old friend and hadn’t heard from for 6-9 months, and I just presumed she was in a new relationship since that seems to be the course of how friendships ebb and flow in my life. But it turns out she was going through a rough patch after her mother suddenly passed. We just never know and shouldn’t ever presume….friendships, significant other relationships: they all take really careful gardening. Anyway, in my isolating feelings, I try and remember how significant that is in the grand scheme of things.
Glad you have Blue. I’m lucky to have my silly Bella girl too.

Thanks Nikki!!
I am finding my energy is really low - and feeling kind of weary - I'm going to make a pot of coffee.
Hugs mark. I think I may go for a walk.
I bet twilight in the city is great!
