What I don't miss

Before he left, I thought of all I would miss, and how I wouldn't be able to live without him and our routines. Surprise, there are lots of things i don't miss. The snoring, t.v.  on constantly, usually to shows I don't even enjoy, all the laundry, having to stay out late even if i am tired tired (because the night is still young!). Those are a few I've noticed so far. I mean I do miss all the good parts too, but its not all as bad as i thought it would be.

Funny how we can turn things around in our heads once they are gone. I remembered the other day the funniest thing. Kevin used to go bowling once a week (something I really looked forward to). One week he came home and told me he wasn\'t going. My immediate reaction was dismay and disappointment! He was so pissed that I reacted that way. See, really, I wanted him gone so that I could relax/breathe!

Haha, mine has a once a week bowling night too. I have come to enjoy my own routines when he is gone. Hate when he\'d come home sloppy after drinking there though, and try to wake me up. Another thing I won\'t miss. Maybe I want a boring middle aged woman life! It\'s not so bad. But then again I till have my teens at home for company.. They\'ll be gone before I know it though.
