What Healing Looks Like
So this is what Healing IS going to look for me,and I say IS because healing WILL happen for me.
I am going to be peaceful,relaxed,I will be educated.I will be stronger,Because I know I am not weak.I will be able to feel and express emotion and there will be no fear. I will say words that I have been so afraid to say and be comfortable with them.I will sleep peacefully .My dreams will be good dreams.I will be smoke free.I will never cut myself again.I will look back on my past and I will know that what happened was not my fault and I would actully believe it,because that is what i am told.I will know that not everything is only temparary not everyone is going to leave me.I will be able to call my mom one day and feel okay when I get off the phone.I will feel safe.
