what did i see?

Hellooooooooooo,
As I was backing down the driveway yesterday I saw a beloved old chair sitting by the road at my neighbor's house.  Saluted the sky and thought about Archie Bunker's chair for a bit. 
Little did I know that during the short drive to the dentist I was about to see two more beloved old chairs being put out.  Tis' the season for chair alohas.  Guess they went as far as they could with their humans ........ being a fanciful girl I hope that the kind spirits within the chairs move on to new chairs........chairs do so much to support us, relieve us, soothe and comfort us.........so God bless beloved old chairs!
I left extra early, cause last time I got lost on the way there and was embarrassed to show up late.  I wonder if people heading to the guillotine also used to show up early?????  Dentists...... mutter, grumble ---grumble mutter......rass a frass a rass a frass.
Got there and the door was locked.  Everybody went out to lunch, so I puttered over to a park bench and enjoyed the warm sunny weather.  A lady pulled up and got out of her car.........she was wearing a polo shirt & walking shorts, flip flops......carrying a blankie............gotta love the south, prepared to soak up the sun, but at the ready for sudden chills.  She too tried to open the dental door then settled in to wait.  (me?  I was in long pants, long sleeved shirt & warm sweater and felt just right.......but I remember what it felt like to feel normal.................haidi ho.)
Did I mention that my life is quiet.....slow?   On the way over I looked at the arresting shapes of stark branches on trees..........thought about stopping to get some branches, but that would mean getting out of the car, wrestling with trees.......sigh.  Had to save my NRG to get through the dental door of doom.  I saw a commercial the other day, this lady had a tree branch sprayed a glistening white in a deep clear box filled with holiday decorations.  It was so simple and pretty.........seems like it would be easy enough to make.
Noticed more and more Christmas decorations going up........one yard had a giant inflatable snow globe............I like snow globes.  Pretty.  LOL.
Saw a home for sale, the name of the realty company was YESWAY.  That made me laugh........people saying there is no way you can sell my home.......ha, just call us at YESWAY!  If only it would work, i just got my property tax notice, my home value has fallen yet again.  The amount of taxes due is so low it is SHOCKING. I know that sounds like a funny grumble, but it isn't around here. It's a bummer drag man.
Blankie Lady went in first........I sat next to a young Dad with a whole group of small fry.  Four impatient youngsters trying so hard to calm those restless "let us outta here" bodies down.  Trying hard to mind, but a beautiful day in December is something ya don't wanna miss sitting in the dental chair.  They wriggled & made faces at each other.........Dad gave them the LOOK and they re-upped their efforts to be good.  The youngest girl in braids wiggled her fingers at me........waggled her eyebrows.........comical and cute.
Annie is sleeping in the sunny corner of the table next to me.......flipping her tail every now and again.  Pretty Green Eyed Annie is a mighty sweet kitty.........little brother Rio is hiding on the chair cushion under the table.......they have me surrounded. Rio knocked the tray over and it scared him something fierce...........funny boyo!
Feeling tender and sore........gonna take it nice and slow today.  Hoping to start on the cards later, excited that I finally got stamps..........that's about all I got.........gonna drag my wagon back to the room with the big bed in it.
I hired myself to be the official tester of this home mattress. Hoping that if I do a good job the boss will give me a raise........energy to bake cookies, energy to do cards --- energy to have fun.........energy is our friend.
Rest up and take it slow and easy ok??????????????? Make the promise sign and salute me back...........good now everybody fall out...at ease.
