what can they do
I have been off this week from work for a vacation week.
I have struggled intermittently with depression that I think is probably
kept at bay when I work owing to the fact that my work is very physical.
It gets all that 'go go' energy out and makes it more manageable - though I struggle some then too.
The depression right now is knocking at the door. It's coming to mind and I thought to reach out
to my Psychiatrist - but I thought again "What can he do - or they do..." except maybe say
a consoling word or two. I don't know if medication could help - but medication kind of freaks me out.
The less the better - and maybe it's just time to be creative and cope with it as best I can in my own way.
If I am sitting staring at a black board in class and there's a big head that's blocking the view - then time to move my chair. :) Maybe instead of doing my routine I'll go for a walk..
