What am I comfortable doing?

I had a somewhat decent day today and then I feel like I ruined it. Yesterday I went to my bankruptcy hearing and it actually was pretty easy except for the fact that I couldn't sleep the night before. I think I got maybe 2 hours. It wasn't even in a real courtroom more like a meeting room. My lawyer who is so nice explained to me what would happen then I saw the girl in front of me go so I knew what to expect. I took my oath and then answered about 20 quick questions and it was over. It took maybe 15 minutes. I'm very relieved that it's over.
Today after sleeping 9 hours I felt somewhat better. I played with Rosco, took a shower, etc. We went grocery shopping and everything was shot to shit. I got dizzy and felt nauseous. I should have told John I wanted to leave but I pushed through it. Mistake. I came home and took a zofran. He noticed when we were almost done that I wasn't feeling good. I cried in the car on the way home. He was very understanding. I just want to be able to pick my own groceries out with my boyfriend.
Bottom line is I"m not doing it anymore. Why should I put myself in a situation where I know I'm going to feel like shit. I don't always feel like shit doing other things but the grocery store sucks for me so I'm done with it for now. John says he understands and won't mind going by himself with my list. When  I got home I was going to post something about it on the POTS facebook support group but someone already had which I thought was crazy. A bunch of people commented on how the grocery store makes them dizzy. Some people think it's the florescent lighting. Who knows. I'll still go to aldi occasionally with mom. It's not as big and bright in there.
So I think this is going to be my topic of conversation at my t doc's tomorrow. Should I be doing anything I'm not currently comfortable with? When should I push myself? That and I need to talk to her about my p doc wanting to try me on remeron. It doesn't sound too pleasant.

I hate grocery stores too and the florescent lighting is maddening! I try to literally run like the wind when I\'m in there!!lol! I\'m probably the world\'s fastest grocery store runner. In and out is what I like to be able to do.

Now it\'s been over a decade but I did take remeron before and had to come off it bc it made me sleep like I was in a coma all weekend and I was working at the time and could NOT take it without sleeping for two days. So my experience was short-lived but it was frightening to go to bed on Friday night and not wake up until late afternoon Sunday and feeling \"weird\" when I did wake up. Be careful on it and I hope it works for you. BIG HUGS!!
