What a great day today.
I can hardly grasp and hold onto the fact that today has been so great. Visited with my daughter. Went for a walk with two of my grandsons. The pain that usually holds me prisoner every day was very tolerable. I attribute this to the fact that I think I actually slept last night. I seldom get a good sleep and therefore never dream. Last night I had a few awesome dreams. My whole being is so thankful for this day.

glad your day was so good. Your journal helps me understand my ex (who had fibro). Sounds like your relationship is a complex one. Seems to take a lot of work to navigate which must be made more complicated by the fibro being made worse by stress. Take care of yourself first.

i agree dreaming is awesome. i have sleep problems too and i think my meds might also have interfered with my ability to dream, or to remember dreams. Lately they have come back and some are Quite vivid. i am glad to have them back!
Kids and grandkids and walking with them ... also helps my pain levels and my mood too ! good luck and remember to plan being with them often.... smiles to you! Hugs too!
