What a difference a day makes
What a difference a day makes...was feeling so strong yesterday...no so today. It's been 9 weeks, today... I know, I know, time...it takes time...yet it seems like it's been a lifetime already. Thank you for your support sisters.

9 weeks.....9 lifetimes....
I get it....
for me....7 years....7 seconds....it\'s all the same....and yet, so very different. No way to explain it....
Love you my friend!
Love to Cassi!
That is the how this journey goes. Just remember that you were strong and positive and you will be again. We need to shed the tears too.
Sending love and gentle hugs to you and Cassi,
Marlene
For me, time means nothing!! It seems like yesterday, that I lost Dean , but it also seems like it has been forever, since seeing him. I am told that this is normal, when dealing with the loss of a child.
(((((HUGS))))).....Julia
I feel like that too Julia...It seems like an eternity since I have been able to hug and kiss her..it is not an easy journey.
We are always here to support each other, especially during the most difficult times. Hugs of understanding......Vicki
Gina, you are doing as well as you can. Cassi\'s passing is so recent..new and raw. It is what it is and maybe tomorrow will be a bit gentler. Love and tight hugs of understanding, Linda
Just keep breathing, one day at a time. Peace. xoxox
Hmmm, where I was at 9 weeks is very different from where I am 5 years later. Girl, I hate to tell you, but you are really early in this journey, so stick with us! I was not even out of shock yet at 9 weeks! This will get better..promise.
Peace.
Time is so very strange with a loss such as ours... I understand and the one thing that sinks my boat is to ever imagine thinking that I have lived \"20\" \"30\" years without my son when 5 and half years has felt like a lifetime and like yesterday all wrapped into one. I simply cannot go \"there\" for long as it\'s just too painful.
May today BE one that does not feel so gut wrenching, yet if it does we are here to hold the space for you.
Loving care and lots of deep inhales, exhales and pauses in the midst.
XO Joanie
It will take quite a while and a lot of work before you can begin to feel somewhat free of this horror and, even then, it will still jump out at you, especially during times of illness and stress. This is why we need a good grief counselor and a support system, if possible. I\'m not on the floor screaming any more but a day doesn\'t go by when I don\'t think about it, wonder what I could have done differently, feel angry or sad or grief. Maybe someday, not now.
